I started blessing the water i use for bathing everyday. BTW I put some salt. I pray for my intentions t improve my health, wash away the pains l feel in my body like my knees. I also asked for financial stability. I noticed the i am being energized by the blessed water I feel like i'm not my age 71. I moved faster.

I find the more I practice peace and traquility, ppl around me attack and degrade me. I have to explain myself constantly then they want to argue my lifestyle then my peace turns into anxiety. How can one go through everyday life without being attacked at every move. Ignoring them doesn't work. ♡
Be Happy, Don't explain yourself unless you want to not if you're being spoken to in a negative way or if your being interigated. When a person is being argumentive towards you politely end the conversation and tell them God Bless you. Keep your energy positive don't let anyone take out life's fursations on you. And if your spoken to in a unfriendly way, let the person know and do not respond to them there after. Don't give up on being treated respectfully. You are worth more than that.
