I realize now, in my 60s, that I have GIVEN people power over me my whole life. If THEY didn't like me, I didn't like me either. I have suffered chronically in my mind for decades and have a chronic illness called Rheumatoid Arthritis. I would give anything to do my life over knowing what I know now, but it doesn't work that way. I'll take the remaining time I have left on Earth to do better by myself. I've been a student of life for over 60 years; it's time now to graduate 🎓 and move on.
Yes, I was in a serious car accident about 35 yrs ago. Doc said I'd be on pain killer all my life but it made me feel so groggy. I just refused to believe it, and something told me, "Walk it off". I started doing a lot of walking, cuz that's when it din even hurt! I lost all the excess weight, started hearing ppl tak about Tai Chi everywhere I went. Started doing Tai Chi, and still do Tai chi and walking to this day. I swear exercise turns back the clock! I look and feel amazing ! My back only gets crabby if I skip 4-5 days, like during holidays, but I mostly do these every day!
“Something” told me to to do a 7 day fast to get rid of my caffeine and cigarette addiction. I tried and made it to 3 days and could barely smoke one. But I ate that night and smoked 2 in a row right after. So a month or two later I’m now trying again and am on my 4th day but a book I listened to (the essene gospel of peace) and it says to fast until all negative and evil leaves the body so I quit putting a number on the fast and will go until I reset my subconscious and body and align them with my higher self. Mind over matter, it really does exist. If you are in pain and tell yourself you are then you will feel pain. Yes pain is real it's your nerves telling you the pain is there. But telling yourself it's bearable eases it. I hope anyone in pain finds some relief.
I have over the years have healed wounds and paint by prayer , meditation and visualization. During my employment as a VW mechanic found that everyday my hands had cuts and scrapes and tried an experiment where with one hand I’d wash with soap and water and apply conventional healing products, and with the other hand while also washed,but without the othe method ? I would only pray, meditate with visualization to heal just that hand. With the non conventional , that hand would heal quicker , without infection or scares. While the usual approach yielded just the opposite of the other hand. Then after a month of tid , I switched hands while changing the healing , and my hands took on the same healing effect. One fully healed , the other slower healing with infection and scares. This was proof that the power of healing comes from my mind and being in partnership with God , clearly showed real evidence of this mindful approach and purely works.
I'm was the same but I have more inner peace now then ever before and I can laugh again and you will to this book is awesome and easy to understand I've listened I think this is my fourth time listening to it and each time I get more and more clarity. Thank you firstly for having given me the opportunity to consider my inner work on this topic. Actually I am on the path with my Christian practice. But I have to say that without the faith in God there’s nonsense about all these kinds of healing concentrated only on our “conscious level”. My experience told me that I questioned all the time myself who created the world the living beings the visible and invisible and all kinds of stuff that I could see feel touch … after questioning who created the consciousness I abandoned all I read and heard and came to God in the name of Jesus. And I learned how to love unconditional love and how to conquer the peace and how to be in abundance with the others. The atheists would need your teachings and also the Christians who don’t know what is the faith. The atheists would become religious and the Christians could turn into atheists. From traumatic abuse I was ruined emotionally my future ruined by my own team breaks my heart 💔 and I was assaulted after and bullied left on disability and the criminal that wasn’t reporting to authorities ruined my womanhood my life my family he’s a walking eating houses free man laughing said he wasn’t sorry … Last time I checked he should be questioned and was never questioned? I was shamed as assaulted till his lover moved him into another woman’s home out in SouthWestRanches I told her what he was doing and had done to me as he was purposely assaulting me bragging to the bikers at the biker bar laughing as I had to sit there and maintain my composure as I was humiliated as he walked out laughing with all the confidence in the world he was built up as told me no one cared about me and to kill myself that no one loved me cared about me nor was going to employee me when he leaves … I was not ever going to be rescued and wasn’t. I lost he’s a free man laughing today I’m a mess from the traumatic abuse on me and my family. I lost the criminal deserves to be assulted in a state prison. I’m a first responder that does CPR in the streets no one is allowed to date rape after drugging a woman then I was assulted on a daily basis 2 1/2 yrs and now held responsible nor SCG & Associate’s and these people were paraded around children participating and currently still volunteering knowing the abuse they hide 🫣I was left a bad reputation and left unemployed from abuse assault. I worked in EMS rescued a child left in a car 🚘 alone running full access the baby was unbuckled in her car seat left alone in the vehicle. I was on the phone with the police and they told me not to let the man leave. He didn’t speak English, and he took me by the ponytail and threw me on my back, totally completely handled me screaming at me, like my abuser did to me. I’m left mistreated left distorted what’s real and not lost all my hope here left alone no one speaks to me and when I am spoken to I’m mistreated. I’ve been so positive got hired and given the worst training and harassed every job since this man got away with assult. I thought the abuse was over he told me I’d never have infinity and he was right. What he got away with NO-one is allowed to assult people he was pampered by the employer as I was torn down and he daily told me everyday no one cared about me in my community where the abuse started

I move forward my mindset and get stuck from the outside abuse from my co workers it’s become relentless to even leave anywhere alone When I go out I’m not safe get yelled at and left upset 😢terrible way to have to swallow I was not loved my entire life and always in danger ⚠️ I was assaulted in the workplace as a full time lifeguard after forced to make rescues in my bra as my supervisor made me knowing no one was drowning I was the joke being bullied harassed and left unsafe no love opportunity and I kept my head up kept taking the abuse no recovery

Try saying only good experiences happen for me now all the bad has cancelled out! If you have a negative thought immediately cancel it out with a good one! We were brought up to think negatively and over analyse how life is and keep stuck in bad thoughts so no longer say bad things happen or they will keep happening change your thoughts change your life! Research led me to learn about mind over matter! We control the conscious field so only think good things and things you want try not to think of how life is but how you want it to be! I was sick and kept saying I’m sick when I started saying my body is healing it did! Don’t forget the power of prayer but also how to accept good things 🙏
Just remember this is a lucid dream reality from Spirit. You’re an infinite eternal being. Learn to accept and surrender to your higher self(intuition) since you chose to have this human experience. Focus on what excites you from moment to moment and your individual parallel Universe will reflect those experiences. It always starts with your state of being and any negative experience is pushing your growth. The most positive people still experience negative things, but their state of being still allows a negative experience to feel like a stepping stone. Don’t wait on your outer reality to change before you do, it’s physics. Spending time in nature is one of the best things to do if you have issues meditating and calming your thoughts.

Thank you firstly for having given me the opportunity to consider my inner work on this topic. Actually I am on the path with my Christian practice. But I have to say that without the faith in God there’s nonsense about all these kinds of healing concentrated only on our “conscious level”. My experience told me that I questioned all the time myself who created the world the living beings the visible and invisible and all kinds of stuff that I could see feel touch … after questioning who created the consciousness I abandoned all I read and heard and came to God in the name of Jesus. And I learned how to love unconditional love and how to conquer the peace and how to be in abundance with the others.
The atheists would need your teachings and also the Christians who don’t know what is the faith. The atheists would become religious and the Christians could turn into atheists. However I consider that all things in this world are useful it all depends on the free choice of anyone. ❤ thank you again 😊

From traumatic abuse I was ruined emotionally my future ruined by my own team breaks my heart 💔 and I was assaulted after and bullied left on disability and the criminal that wasn’t reporting to authorities ruined my womanhood my life my family he’s a walking eating houses free man laughing said he wasn’t sorry …
Last time I checked he should be questioned and was never questioned? I was shamed as assaulted till his lover moved him into another woman’s home out in SouthWestRanches
I told her what he was doing and had done to me as he was purposely assaulting me bragging to the bikers at the biker bar laughing as I had to sit there and maintain my composure as I was humiliated as he walked out laughing with all the confidence in the world he was built up as told me no one cared about me and to kill myself that no one loved me cared about me nor was going to employee me when he leaves … I was not ever going to be rescued and wasn’t.
I lost he’s a free man laughing today I’m a mess from the traumatic abuse on me and my family. I lost the criminal deserves to be assulted in a state prison.
I’m a first responder that does CPR in the streets no one is allowed to date rape after drugging a woman then I was assulted on a daily basis 2 1/2 yrs and now held responsible nor SCG & Associate’s and these people were paraded around children participating and currently still volunteering knowing the abuse they hide 🫣I was left a bad reputation and left unemployed from abuse assault.
I worked in EMS rescued a child left in a car 🚘 alone running full access the baby was unbuckled in her car seat left alone in the vehicle. I was on the phone with the police and they told me not to let the man leave. He didn’t speak English, and he took me by the ponytail and threw me on my back, totally completely handled me screaming at me, like my abuser did to me.
I’m left mistreated left distorted what’s real and not lost all my hope here left alone no one speaks to me and when I am spoken to I’m mistreated.
I’ve been so positive got hired and given the worst training and harassed every job since this man got away with assult.
I thought the abuse was over he told me I’d never have infinity and he was right. What he got away with NO-one is allowed to assult people he was pampered by the employer as I was torn down and he daily told me everyday no one cared about me in my community where the abuse started

I move forward my mindset and get stuck from the outside abuse from my co workers it’s become relentless to even leave anywhere alone
When I go out I’m not safe get yelled at and left upset 😢terrible way to have to swallow I was not loved my entire life and always in danger ⚠️
I was assaulted in the workplace as a full time lifeguard after forced to make rescues in my bra as my supervisor made me knowing no one was drowning I was the joke being bullied harassed and left unsafe no love opportunity and I kept my head up kept taking the abuse no recovery

Irresponsible and dangerous in the most abject way. Intercessory prayer has been demonstrated to be exactly zero more effective than no prayer at all. And, Buddhists don't pray. Meditation is not prayer. It is meditation. Do not conflate the two. It will be such a "blessing" when humanity finally matures to the point where magical thinking is no longer needed just to survive hardship. The concept of god is just so patently, absurdly and obviously manmade. Woo woo.

Try saying only good experiences happen for me now all the bad has cancelled out! If you have a negative thought immediately cancel it out with a good one! We were brought up to think negatively and over analyse how life is and keep stuck in bad thoughts so no longer say bad things happen or they will keep happening change your thoughts change your life! Research led me to learn about mind over matter! We control the conscious field so only think good things and things you want try not to think of how life is but how you want it to be! I was sick and kept saying I’m sick when I started saying my body is healing it did! Don’t forget the power of prayer but also how to accept good things 🙏
Just remember this is a lucid dream reality from Spirit. You’re an infinite eternal being. Learn to accept and surrender to your higher self(intuition) since you chose to have this human experience. Focus on what excites you from moment to moment and your individual parallel Universe will reflect those experiences. It always starts with your state of being and any negative experience is pushing your growth. The most positive people still experience negative things, but their state of being still allows a negative experience to feel like a stepping stone. Don’t wait on your outer reality to change before you do, it’s physics. Spending time in nature is one of the best things to do if you have issues meditating and calming your thoughts.
