Hi eugenie, is that means baked the apple pie for 40 minutes? 20 minutes at 220c and 20minutes for 180c? Or it was 20 minutes at 220c only for preheated the ovens?
Can u show us important kitchen utensils ( brush, pans, weighing scales, whisks etc: )that u must have in your kitchen? I'm out to buy some kitchen utensils and I'm wondering what to put on my list? thanx ^_^

오늘 사과파이 만들어먹었어요! 진짜 맛있고 모양도너무이뻐요ㅎㅎ♥ 아직 진짜파이는 식히는중인데 타르트팬이 작아서 남은 사과랑 파이반죽 따로 옆에서 구운거 맛봤는데 맛잇네요ㅎㅎ 진짜 레시피도쉽고 실패할까 조마조마했는데 맛잇어요!!♡

you should bake it for 40 minutes.
otherwise the bottom dough would be still raw.
Can you please teach us how to make pie crust? As there is no things like that for sale in my place
