Stock setup also easily goes beyond 5km. There isn't much difference in bitrate at 4+ km. Why didn't you show the stock setup at 5? It does that easily too. Now it seems it doesn't work beyond 4km. I flew 5km easy on stock myself and still had more than 20mbit.
Hey thank you for you feedback! The only reason I didn't push it beyond 4 was the strong headwind and my lion was a 6s1p and had not enough Juice! Furthermore the stock antenna setup is a 6 inch new build and i've never pushed it that far! I think it would have performed good with stock antennas, but signal stability in terms of mb/s was worse and had more flutter
@@brothersinphoto I assumed something like that as you start to turn when the clip is cut and your signal was still strong. Must have been something else. Great comparison nevertheless 👌🏻
Thank you for doing it for us! I’m quite surprised that the stock is doing really well. What power setting are you on? Auto or manual? With the cfg file?
@@airborne.visuals on Channel selection tab you can see the less noisy one! Otherwise if they are all maxed out, i choose the one compatibile with my tuned antennas
but I used all the original antennas to fly 15km easily, and finally kept the bit rate of 16mpbs, and the image transmission was lost after flying 23.8km at the limit
hey thank you for your feedback! I guess you are flying a wing! It would be great to see the comparison at such a distance with truerc antennas on goggles and lhcp on O3 unit! In my opinion the link is even more stable and you have less bitrate fluctuations

@@brothersinphoto What!? “Its over 8000!?” That’s crazy 😂 I was thinking of a 4000mah for “long” range since I already get about 15min with 1800mAh. I know …the increase in flight time is not linear…but still 8000. wow
Ciao simo! Allora si difendono bene, ma la stabilità del bitrate con le truerc è notevolmente più elevata! Molte meno oscillazioni, ma quello che da fastidio è la potenza dinamica, che ogni tot aumenta potenza ed il bitrate torna a salire

I've got to around 6km on stock antennas, video was nearly holding on through. Will be upgrading soon, I'm using integras
I have done 18km on stock antenna’s was getting blocky at a few points but incredible system

u sure it's not 1.8? lol

Thanks for the great comparison video! What’s the O3 antenna model used in these (the TrueRC vTx model for the first two videos)?

I use a crossfire link with tbs diversity nano on the quad. The antennas i use are a truerc bardpole and an immortal t on front
