    This was such a great summary, thank you Joey💛 I'll add another one I found so nice for myself😇 I first gently tap, then draw infinity signs with flat fingers on my chest, smaller ones just on upper chest, or bigger going under my breasts too and all the way out to the armpits. There are a lot of lymph nodes there too, and the vagus nerve runs along the the middle of the chest as well.
