When I stock up on my favorite sale or discontinued bars I put them in their own freezer bags in a plastic bin laying flat and freeze them in my scentsy freezer...they don't sweat or loose any scent over time
Watching before the blog today! My office that I store mine in was too hot in the spring and basically all of my bars are juicy! Using faster to hopefully get the fruity collection down a bit.
Just starting my healthy wax collection! I store the few bars that I have in a shoe box type plastic tote with a lid. I'm going to Target this weekend to buy one or two of those open baskets and switch over to that type of storage. Thanks for all the information and tips. I LOVE how you display all your bars, etc!
I really suck at this. I have mine in a plastic container with a lid and I wondered why they all started to smell the same !!! Also I found that some of my older ones have no smell at all. I’ve had to throw away about 30 so far(I stored them in a closet and some melted. I guess the closet is too hot during the summer. I’m from TX). Thank you so much for doing this video, I’ve really learned a lot.
Haha! Lisa don’t apologize for all the bars you have, I think I have you beat!! The only bar I’ve had disintegrate is marshmallow mint! Need to freeze ASAP! Take care! Enjoy your videos!
I love this!! I’ve been wanting to ask. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment, so I’m kinda running out of space. LoL so I’m going to go and hang them. I absolutely love this. Thanks for sharing Lisa🎉
I have a wall as well! I’ve started dating the bars when I receive them and I try to keep them rotated out so I don’t have them more than 4 months. I’m in Arizona I have to keep my AC on and the house cool or my whole wall would definitely melt 😂
So a weird little thing that I do is empty my warmers by popping wax out when cold and put in an old tide pods plastic container. My hubby uses them as fire starters in our house...they work great!
Oh nooooo. I just got yesterday my Iris plastic bins from watching Lisa's older storage video. I like that I could fit 60 bars and then stand it up so bars lay flat. If I keep lid open, they may fall out. Now what do I do? I was about to order more bins. I kept them in drawers before and hated it. Help !
I would just keep the bins open if you can. If not then maybe drill or cut some breathing holes in the bins so that it allows some air flow. When you introduce the air flow your bars can breathe and they don’t all start to smell the same.
Thank you so much! Great idea about drilling some air holes. I will try that. I appreciate your help. I watch all your videos faithfully and Im a big fan ! Im trying out your Hot Cider donut idea. Candles arrived today! Cant wait to experiment.
i dunno why but the bars i store in my husbands art space do this the most it was origionally and old bar space in the basement so i had to move them upstairs
LOL!! I have never counted my bars. It changes so frequently between my usage and what arrives. I do have more bricks. :) Ya caught me! I have them stored in my brick basket. :)
I store mine in deep clear plastic bins. One bin holds spring/summer and another bin holds fall/winter. The bins do have lids on them and I do stack the bars on top of each other and keep doubles together... should I change this? Will they start to smell like each other?
Do the bins have lids? In my experience the plastic bins with lids made my bars all start to smell the same. They are fine in wood or cardboard containers but plastic in my experience has not been good when its sealed up. If it is uncovered I think you should be ok.
@@LisaRowberry well the out of season scents are closed up with the lid....maybe I'll store without the lid...thanks;) I've never thought about it before now
I cant imagine what it would be like to move in to this place after they move... the amount of wax and oils in/on the walls...it would be like living in a fireworks factory. How would you ever get paint to stick to those walls?
In my experience any container that doesn’t have active or open air flow- my bars started to all smell the same. That’s just been my experience, not that this would be the case for everyone. I would recommend maybe keeping the lid open if you can.

Your bar wall is so beautiful! I love it in your background!
Thank you so much!! xoxo

Wow...that is a lot of bars. I feel much better about my wax addiction :). If my husband ever says anything I will show him this video ;).
There you go! Happy I can help! LOL!
Thank you for covering this topic, Lisa. You are so thorough and informative!
Thank you so much for watching!
So helpful! I was about to put my bars into the exact container you showed! Definitely sticking to the drawer system I’m currently using. Thank you!
It looks great! I love how organized and visual stimulating it is!

Yes excessive..... Excessively beautiful and awesome!!
How do you store them safely in the fridge?. Mine sweat no matter where I store them during summer.
Do you have watermelon wave available for purchase? I love this scent.

I Love your Bar wall. I store my bars in night stand with double doors..I thought this was a perfect subject to touch upon..
Thank you so much! xoxo
have you ever counted your bars..lol and you must have more bricks than whats hanging up!
LOL!! I have never counted my bars. It changes so frequently between my usage and what arrives. I do have more bricks. :) Ya caught me! I have them stored in my brick basket. :)

The oil is scent so you are losing scent girl!

Thankfully you won’t have to move into our place. And I try to keep the wax and oils off my walls. Thanks for watching!
Hhhmmmm, I just got my Scentsy collection into plastic storage drawers. Should I move them so they don't start smelling like each other?
Are your plastic storage drawers open or closed?
@@LisaRowberry they are closed but not air tight
