Thank you to everyone for watching ❤️ I put a lot of time into this one and though it's designed for beginners, hopefully everyone can get a little something out of it. Take screenshots of graphics that you'd like and time stamps are in the description :) Also: if you want the link to graphics, I made a post on reddit here: www.reddit.com/r/wotv_ffbe/comments/v9almc/truststones_cheat_sheets/
This is probably the best in depth guide because I was clueless af on how to actually get the UR version of the trust stones, every other video talks about what to do when you have the UR...so I haven't messed with any of it...however, I do have a lot of mats though since I typically farm it daily hahahaha.
This is a great guide! I just wanted to throw out my favorite “general” truststone set for people to see. It’s for pvp and I always have it on bells. My thought is that you never want your bells user to miss. So, the best thing is to pump accuracy as high as possible. So I have a Luck set and an Accuracy set, with Luck, Dex, and Accuracy passives. I also figure that the bells user is always going to be a physical attacker so it’s got Attack +20% and Def Pen as well. It’s crazy useful to have and the accuracy boost from bells with this set is about what you’d get from equipping 2 Adamantite rings (which would obviously be a bad idea), plus all of the benefits of having bells. So, that’s a way of thinking about these too. As a set specific for a piece of equipment that you use very frequently in the same kinds of situations regardless of who equips it. Lots of the TMR armors are like this too I think.
Nice G-Spot tutor- I mean uh. Truststone tutorial! I've been reading abunch of resource on and off and always feel the process very intimidating, with questions like "does this passive actually stack? when do I want to merge ability? do I even need to merge ability? which stone do I use for leveling?" etc. Thank you so much for covering all of that and more! I somehow never have the time to work on stone (always prioritize event medal etc) but when I do, now I feel like I'm equipped with enough knowledge to tackle it. so Thanks again!
Trust stones has been the most overwhelming thing for me to even try to tackle because i didn't wanna fuck it up, but after this video I think i've definitely gotten a lot more confidence in starting to make them. My account has definitely been at the point where i've needed to start making these to progress further but I finally feel like i can finally get over the anxiety of doing them. Such a clear and concise video
OMG This is amazing. No one had taken the time to take this Monstrosity Step by Step. I even had to make my own guide on my Guild Discord so that people could understand. I'm so gonna link this video for my people to see it.
@@KSaun Very accurate, All you said is true and the Tips are excellent for anyone who wants to start doing Truststones. I Think that barely like 1 to 5% of the players even bother with this. I really recommend this Guide. You even got a sub here XD
This is a very detailed explanation of the system. It makes me fear it even more! My friend just tried his first rune and it took 47 times to get the stat he wanted. They should just let us pick what stat we want. Or have an option where the system auto rolls until we get our chosen stat then it charges the mats for that.
Haha sorry if it's intimidating. I try to break it down into baby steps. Yeah the system can be a pain but I like the end result of having customized runes. Hopefully we got more QoL on it in the future.
I'm so glad! Each truststone can have a total of 2 abilities attached to them. FYI there have been a good chunk of Quality of Life updates since making these videos. Hopefully the process is now easier :)
Love me 💕💕💕 im starting to believe in Trust stones. I still not much do runes in wotv. Coz its very complicated. But your video informative tnx alot Ksaun. I love you now.
Good question. No unfortunately you can't. However since a lot of time has passed, getting these passives is much easier now. They're more common and a lot if quality of life improvements have happened since I made this video :)
Good question! No there are no abilities that are exclusive to rarity, but the 'level' of that ability is different. for example, you can only get the 4>7 slash resist when forging a UR truststone. You can't get that high of a number on lower rarities. The only other thing that is unique to UR rarity is the Speed set.
How is blue max xp value? You get 500 xp for blue, 200 for green, 5 green makes a blue, that’s 1,000xp for greens that will lose half the value when made into blues
Good question! Sorry if I was unclear about this. Don't exchange the green into blue, you would lose value. The value gained is when trading purple into blue :) you can make double the amount of blue than purple and the values are 500 vs 750. (1000 > 750) hope this helps!
i made 1 set of 6 UR, it was expensive and time consuming to get a subpar stat set up, not leveled and will not bother. the "transfer" is ridiculous expensive, the time sink is nuts. it is for spenders and people that have "finished" the game. as the system exists it's just stupidly frustrating and time consuming (thousands of runs in the quests and actual crafting). there are other, more beneficial, "time sinks" in the game to focus on for most players.
The materials are definitely much easier to obtain for people who have played a while because theyve stacked up more hammers. However I think you can make some pretty useful truststones with even just 1 passive on them without being an experienced player or spender.
A follow up, Crit Evasion goes from 5 to 15 on the best tier, you got 4>7 in the passives slide.
Crap!! Thanks for that catch! Pinned your comment for visibility :)
Ah yes thx
Finally dove into crafting. By far the best resource i could find to explain it. Ty!

For the first time I understand what I have to do with truststones. Thank you so much for this guide.

I think this is the best guide, never thought about downgrading purples.
Thanks for this! Yeah that's a sneaky one :) if you have tons of reds and just need xp, it can be a good route to go
The best guide on youtube thank you

Of course! I'm glad I could help!
really good Guide !!
Thanks so much! I'm glad you liked it!
Extremely helpful and save me a ton of time. Thank you so much! May I ask how many additional abilities that 1 TS can have?

On the Atk set i would rather build Crit+CritDmgUp. Accuracy+Dex sounds good but i prefer hard hitter units.
For sure. I 100% agree with this :)
Since the resent patch is it now possible to transfer passives of the same types, say combine two G speed runes?
Yes it is!! They do not need to be different types anymore, they just have to be the same letter.
So can Similar Additional abilities not stack (HP up 4 on 2 different stones) I can see why it won't but man I hope I'm wrong.
That is correct. The same abilities do not stack, including from equipment
Question... so if i build a sub stat in a purple truststone from 4 to 7, can i now ability merge it to a red Lv. 1 and now level the substat higher??
Good question. No unfortunately you can't. However since a lot of time has passed, getting these passives is much easier now. They're more common and a lot if quality of life improvements have happened since I made this video :)
Thanks. Much appreciated. I'm working hard over here. So many options in this game
Is it possible to craft a max passive on a green or blue? Then pass that to a pink?
Good question. Unfortunately no. You have to craft a pink to get the max passive.
Are there abilities exclusive for the rarity?
Good question! No there are no abilities that are exclusive to rarity, but the 'level' of that ability is different. for example, you can only get the 4>7 slash resist when forging a UR truststone. You can't get that high of a number on lower rarities.
The only other thing that is unique to UR rarity is the Speed set.
@@KSaun Oh I see, that's what I mean (also clarified by a guild team mate)... that the higher the rarity the higher the passive modifier. Thank you!

The "transfer ability" from red to yellow is so annoying
I agree. It's not optimal for hammers either. It's not quite as necessary now that you can overwrite abilities though!
