VE Schwab is my favorite author I’m so happy you read Addie!! Conjuring of Light will blow your socks off, it’s one of the best finales to a trilogy I’ve read.
books i want to read in 2021: Rule of Wolves, Chain of iron, a court of silver flames, LORE, a curse so dark and lonely. i Could go on forever! i want to read all the books while simultaneously taking my practicum and graduating university...let's see how many books i actually manage to get to. fingers crossed that i keep my sanity.
the envy ENVYYYYY of having most of the books you want to read this year already in your collection! The struggle of loving a lot of these books and living abroad where the shipping is insane is real.
I've finally jumped onto the Hunger Games train (currently halfway through Catching Fire) and you've got me so excited to read The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. I'm intrigued !!!
I just finished "Clockwork Angel" last week, so I want to read "Clockwork Prince" and "Clockwork Princess". It's my first dive in Cassandra Clare--your videos were the inspiration to finally get into them. I REALLY enjoyed "Clockwork Angel". ^_^
I really appreciate you mentioning how you have to be in the mood for a book!! i feel that way too and i don’t want to read certain books i know i’ll love because i’m just not in the mood for it and i’m scared i won’t like it as much
A darker shade of magic is excellent I read the first book January 2020 and I haven't read the others yet but I knew from that one book that Victoria is an amazing author. I'm also excited for the A Vow so Bold and Deadly I love how the author created an entire world from writing a fairytale retelling.
Jade City by Fonda Lee is number one on my TBR. Its basically a Asian Godfather with Magical Jade that you can use if you have the right bloodline (they're called green bones). Its also a contemporary fantasy with cars and electronics and everything. I started reading last year but I put it down promising to come back. ITS TIME!
I CANT WAIT FOR BETTER TOGETHER! That’s definitely my most anticipated book of this year! A book that I want to finally read is City of Bones and all the CC novels. The only reason I haven’t yet is because I didn’t have enough money to buy them all and I wanted to read them super back to back but also own them. And I got a job and can buy them now. So I will definitely be reading all the shadow hunter books in 2021
Christine I just finished your book!! It was so good !! First, I was listening to the audiobook version- I listened to 6/12 hours, and it got so suspenseful that I was like “ screw this I need this book in front of me right now” so I sped to the bookstore and picked up a physical copy. It was so delightful and I can’t wait for your next one !!! Xoxo
