The stiff gearbox is the oil in it. Its thick when cold and thinner when it warms up I changed mine recently to some good stuff thin when cold and warm gearbox feels much better now.
@@scitec717 can't remember exactly how much I payed. But there's some on amazon type in titan sintofluid sae 75W-80. Liqui moly do some good stuff too.

That trim being off near the bonnet release... Bonnet release is fragile on these cars, I snapped mine after picking one up not to long ago and then finding out it's a common issue
Really nice car I’ve always loved the roadster just as much as the Coupe. The rear seats in the coupe are pretty much useless so practicality wise between them it’s splitting hairs.

Turbo ok? cough.. How's the clutch? The head will be covered in more carbon deposits around the intake valves than you'd find down a coalmine, it'll eat fuel.. stuff will break with predictable predictability... I still kinda like 'em - but I hate working on 'em. :-)
