A curio cabinet in your dining room would be a nice addition to display your fine china
absolute bombshell hair 😍😍😍😍
The butterfly set at the end of the video is EVERYTHING 💔
Not a dishware and ceramics collector, (mostly because I have no room and my bf would go insane if I added another hobby that consumed my life 😅), but this video was everything I needed!!
Sooo pretty and tranquil I just love collecting beautiful things!!
Living vicariously through you 😊
Everything about your hair in this video is divine
I thankfully acquired a lot of Pfaltzgraf winterberry my Grandma was getting rid of. These were the dishes she would always set out at the holidays so being able to keep that memory is somthing I’d love to continue and host holidays at my place someday. I’m so glad I saved it becuase there’s a serving dish that she’d always put that like log Cranberry canned sauce in. Which is my step dad’s favorite thing ever so he’s always so excited when I let my parents borrow it for a holiday or gathering. I plan to add to it eventually to round out the set but I already have so much.
I’m pretty sure she also had the pattern Yorktown as well. I was away at school when they downsized or I would’ve gotten it. She also had some pretty blue ones too. I’m not usually sentimental but this is one of those special things. That and she had these deeper set window sills just filled to the brim with a single color of colored glass. They were a pain in the butt to dust around but I loved them. So like the kitchen was blue, and the living room had brown. I want to do something similar to that someday . 🥰
Would love if you could do thrift with me videos finding teaware/china/crystal! I love how you know so much about brands, stuff that has been discontinued, or worth something. Teach us your ways especially for us who are new and interested in starting a beginner collection of our own. Like where to start? Your entire collection is stunning❤🫖
Saving the boxes is actually smart because if you move it is much better to pack the china back in the box they came in.
Wow, I absolutely love this video. The Royal Albert ones are my favorite! But they’re all really pretty. You should have a tea party in your sunroom. So nice!
I would LOVE to see sunroom content!!!!!!
nice teaware collection you have there. use it. sit down and enjoy a tea.
Your china collection is beautiful. I think my favourite is the Royal Albert Rose Confetti. My mother has a bunch of Royal Albert Lavender Rose - it is a pretty pink, dainty rose pattern as well.
I love china! I have some of my husband's grandmother's china plates ... they are so pretty and delicate.
Keeping the boxes is a good idea. They usually have cut to fit foam or packaging, which is handy for safely packing away/packing to move.
I didn’t realize how much I’d love this video. You have so many beautiful pieces. And I’ve loved reading through the comments hearing about peoples memories with china🥺🌺💕
I love tea sets and old china. A friend of mine collects random china tea cups and decorates a Christmas tree every year with them. She knows every pattern and it’s the most interesting decoration she has at Christmas.
The rosé confetti omgosh!!! Love❤
Kiki your china collection is beautiful! You need a whole room dedicated to it to keep it all together 😂. It became evident when you were wondering whether there was more to share. Loved it all! My Mom loved China and different dish ware as well.
Have you watched the series "Selfridges?" You would love it. It is about Harry Selfridge and how he helped put together and run Marshall Fields in Chicago. Field refused to let him be partner so he moved his family to London to open Selfridges. The English version of Fields with all of their fine things. It was ground breaking for England since they hadn't allowed average people to shop like we did in the states. ❤
I love the butterflies and flowers! 🦋💙🌸
Love this!
Love the butterfly ones 🦋
Love good china, the reason you never see the cups is because they are the things that are used and broken the most, the full good china set was something only used for high tea's and holidays. My mum has a huge collection of the Old Country Roses by Royal Albert, I think at least 8 or 10 full place settings with both tea and coffee cups.
Love your collection!! I think the Royal Albert is def the one you should expand on next, soooo pretty!!
I inherited a full set of Royal Albert Dimity Rose from my Grandma, who is from Scotland. It reminds me of Easter dinners at her home every year and it is so beautiful!
❤❤❤❤ love all of it
My Mom's favorite China brand is Royal Albert. She has a ton of Royal Albert she keeps in her China cabinet. Everything is so pretty and dainty.
YES, the pink Royal Albert NEEDS to be added to!!!!!!
I have a tea set that was my grandma’s given to her by her mom and looks like your Vernon Rose Pink set. I love your Royal Albert tea cup, you should grab more of those, they are beautiful.
I have a full set of Mikasa Belle Terre that has been discontinued. I just love it. One of the serving dishes broke when we moved and it broke my heart. I use it all the time. Replacing it would cost over $200
Unrelated, but do you think you can show us how you make those cookies with the red jam heart in the center? They look so cute!
Her valentine ♥ video prep shows her making them
@@MydNyteRayne I saw that - thanks for letting me know :)
I have some noritake adagio I inverted and EAMAG Hanover that I love
This might be a stupid question but do you put those on the stove like a kettle or do you heat tea in a kettle and then pour it in the tea pot?
12:58 loveeee
I have 4 Metlox dinner plates and a platter, but in a different pattern. Two sets of china from my great aunt in boxes in the basement. No one wants it!
Loved this video! I love love love my Royal Albert pieces. So gorgeous! My most recent thrift find was Wedgwood Corinthians Hampton Court. I got a ton of pieces for $65!!! 😳🎉
My great grandmother had the same Havilland pattern you’re collecting!
I love the Miranda Kerr collection. So beautiful. I loved everything!! I think the Noritake you chose for Vday is absolutely stunning:) I’m wanting a tea pot from Wedgwood. Did you see the Charles Jeffrey Loverboy collaboration with Wedgwood? I absolutely loved it. 😊 it’s so different!
Look up Lavender and Lace tea room in Lake Alfred, Florida. It’s gorgeous!
This is so cool. I've always wanted to do this as well! Maybe one day! ❤
Kylie, you need a china cabinet!
Have you ever gone to thrift and dollar in aurora, il. They have an insane amount of China there. You would love it.
Hi Kiki, it’s Christine and Kenny 💋 from California. You need to get yourself a beautiful China cabinet to display your gorgeous pieces but don’t get one that looks like it belongs in a convalescent home. that was probably mean I shouldn’t have said that ….anyway get a nice one..❤❤❤too bad your house isn’t farmhouse. You could probably find some really cool China cabinets. I’m sure you can find something anyway.❤❤❤
Trying desperately to pay attention to the dishware and keep getting distracted by your hair lmao
Just curious if your veganism influences the china you are willing to thrift/buy?
9:50 I love being a woman
