And most importantly you have to have passionate suppliers who know how to give the best of their product, which they sell to the cook. Cooking is an art and the customer is not cattle. French cuisine is only to seek excellence and is not reserved only in France, like playing music.

Pour avoir la chance d'avoir fait plusieurs étoilés dans ma vie sachez que c'est en Italie que j'ai prit ma plus grande gifle gastronomique! Alors désolé Mr Guy Savoy mais il faut redescendre un peu. Et pour info je ne suis ni Italien ni Français.... Mais je vous l'accorde la gastronomie Française est incroyable (à certains niveaux) mais pas pour tout! Non désolé, les vins français sur surcoté!

Absolument pas. La cuisine Française est intéressante mais beaucoup d'autres sont excellentes.
