    I have a confession 🙂 my ex girlfriend was Italian from Padua region, Her father used to make wine. I remember very well the Strawberry wine (fragolino?) Which had different rules for production. The legal and illegal way, I'd like to watch a video on Fragalino wine 🙂 Grazie Millie for your videos 👏

      How do you produce a wine using an illegal method? If you distill it, it is no longer wine - that’s the only illegal I can think of.

      Probably using uva fragola 🤔 I don’t know if it’s illegal

      @@cmsense8193 I'm not sure illegal was the correct terminology. What I remember from the conversation (after drinking that strong sweet wine) 😋 was he could only produce for his own consumption and was not allowed to sell it.

      @@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I dis some searching. I guess the grape produces a higher amount of methanol than what’s allowed? Also, something about the grape being a disease carrier?

    My German grandfather called them 'pummies' when he taught me how to make grape wine. I wonder if you were to wrap the cheese after you take it out of the pummies in an airtight wrap for a month or so like you do smoked cheese -- would it take on more of the wine flavor?
    My father owned a cheese factory - this would have been something I would have tried.

      I would think it should take on the flavor. The method used in this video will make for a almost too mild wine flavor.

    hello avevi fatto tempo fa forse 3 anni fa un video per fare il Primosale, veniva molto bene ..ci stava anche lo yogurth non ricordo piu' la ricetta che volevo dare a un mio amico. Non ricordo la quantità' di yogurth. Potresti per cortesia rimandarmi il link. Grazie!

      Penso che questo sia il video che stai cercando, vero? La ricetta richiede un po' di yogurt. (Ho usato google traduttore, quindi mi scuso se è formulato in modo errato)

      @@amanwhowalks no scaldavi il latte a 37 gradi, poi aggiungevi il caglio e poi dopo un ora tagliavi il curd che si era formato con il coltello...portavi il latte -curd a 50 gradi e poi col mescolino versavi nelle vaschette. Ma comunque adesso con questa ricetta ricordo che la quantità' di yogurth era quella da te indicata per 4 litri di latte!.Grazie
