I love that he doesnt just talk about all the sprints and drives, but he also covers the mental part❤. Even if we warm up and our skills are amazing, how can we play if we arent mentally ready? Of course the warm up might vary from person to person.. some might find this tiring while for pro players its good.. anyway, great content😃😃

This is harder than a match bro. too much i think. It is good as a conditioning session but not as warm up except the drill with the birdie.

Warmup practice -- Drive | Video showing: not a drive
Warmup practice -- Clear | Video showing: not clear
Emulate how others play | Video showing: how to lose a point by jumping too early and being out of position
Be ready | Commenting: none of it matters, just to remove excuses
    Very funny.

Wth? Sprinting as a warm-up? Stretching before the warm-up? What a load of rubbish sorry

This is not correct. You should warm up slowly first, not sprinting, jump smashing etc.
You should jog, side to side, slow lunges followed by standing drops and lifts and band works etc.
