Hi Hazel! I had tried it before when I was on trial and error doing this recipe. I had some leftovers and refrigerated the batter. Then the next day after refrigerating it, I rest the batter at room temperature for at least 40 minutes or until double it size. Or you do the half portion if it's too much for you. I think i-freezer mo muna 30minutes(?) para tumigas mozzarella cheese. Then balutin sa batter/dough at breadcrumbs. Then prito agad para maluto na ang coating... at para hindi bigyan ng oras na lumambot ang mozzarella cheese habang nasa labas ng freezer.
