Way to go, JJ!!! This is exactly what I needed to see - I started dabbling in vert again last week. For the first time in 32 years. Two sessions under my belt feeling pretty good, so I think the next time’s likely going to be my first vert drop in (which is a lifelong dream of mine). I spent a good amount of time on top of the ramp and kneesliding from the top (scary in itself), so hopefully I can channel JJ and get sendy next time I make it up to the vert ramp!
JJ is a ripper in the making 🤘 I might have opportunities to try vert and if I remember correctly from one of your older vert vid, you said that you have to tighten your trucks for vert, is that so ?
Yeah, it helps to deal with the speed wobbles. I like loose trucks normally, but on Vert the speed is greater than general riding, but it is all personal preference.
