I’m an ADHD-er and I really like to do “body-doubling” aka doing something with anyone, even though we don’t do anything together at all~ so I like to call my friends and say nothing for minutes or even hours but we both know we do something together. And it gives the same feeling/sense of someone watching when I try to make vlogs as well (although I keep it all by myself)
