    Wrestling was amazing during the 1970s/1980s/1990s/2000s and has declined 2010s/2020s but has been better as of late I’m from NY I watch all wrestling promotions around the world I’ve seen all from 1980-Now I’ve been to many Supercards/PPVs what a life of wrestling throughout the decades

    • @RAA10382
      @RAA10382 День назад +1

      I agree, brother. I am 42 years old (born in 1982) and wrestling was definitely better in those decades you mentioned (I wasn’t around during the 1970’s but i have always enjoyed old footage and matches from that era). As a kid in the 80’s, the Golden Era of the 80’s and New Generation era of the mid 90’s will always have a special place in my heart. Then as the WWF grew up in the late 90’s into the Attitude Era, I was growing up as a teen right along. Unfortunately I stopped watching around 2006 as wrestling had become a bit stale after Vince purchased WCW and WWF became the only game in town. I started watching again around 2019 due to a new company (AEW) but WWE still didn’t give me the feelings of yesteryear. However for the past year or so, WWE has been on fire due to the regime change. AEW is still a fairly young company so it still has ways to go. When they get it right (their pay-per-views for example) its really good. But when they get it wrong (mainly their booking), it can be pretty awful.

    Fun fact: Don Muraco was actually a last-minute substitution. Originally it was going to be Superstar Billy Graham but he had to drop out due to problems with his hip. He ended up becoming Muraco's manager which is why Muraco came to the ring wearing the tie-dye tank top and using Graham's entrance theme Jesus Christ Superstar (dubbed over with something else on the Network of course!)
