January Garden - Winter Gardening in Colorado

January is frigidly cold here in Colorado. Nothing can grow outside with negative degree temperatures, so we adapt to starting indoors. We have a baby peach tree, seed starts, and lots of excitement towards warmer weather. We are also getting about 4 eggs per day!
And yes, I am an alumn of Sigma Omega Nu. They are the only sweatshirts I have (shout out to my Big)!
