A bit more than a year ago Nexon checked what the most popular class was for everyone between level 225 and 250 in KMS. Turns out that 11.4% of all players is an Ice/Lightning mage! What is your favourite class?
My favourite class is Night Lord since it was the first class i ever created 13 or so years ago.
Thats because ice chain skill is still hackable since like 4th Job came out, full map attack and no delay ice chain, don't understand why nexon can't patch it.

Ah. The good old days where the endgame content were intense chatting sessions, ripping off people in free market, and walking back and forth between henesys and el nath just to kill the boredom.
I used to get 2% per hour playing my level 137 Hermit(pre 4th job) at Grim Phantom Watches... while I was trying to catch up to the likes of Tiger and Suuushi.. these new players are spoiled af.

as an og ice lightning arch mage, seeing you hit 2k damage at lv10 makes me feel awful. i remember hitting 1k damage when i reached lv50 (!) and 10k damage at level 110 or something. also i miss lightning spear... literally being zeus was fun...
it's amazing to watch you again after all this time. i remember how hard it was to lvl up, i was complaining, now it's VERY easy to lvl up, i complain. haha.
and YES this channels name was named after PQ's in maplestory. i made this channel in april 2006.
what a time 2006 was in pre bang maple, so many memories with all my cousins and friends in game.

I remember playing this class in the beginning of gms. I use to help lower levels in heneyes level up. I gotta try playing this one again.

Just to answer future people who see your questions. I also went back to maple after several years and its actually really noob friendly. There is a guide where it tells you training spots or theme dungeons around your level and you get a free teleport there. Theres a hotkey for it and for me its defaulted to U.

man... seeing you play ice mage makes me cry... i was lvl 119 when i shot my videos for youtube... they still up... and then i became inactive and lost my email and so my dream of lvl 120 vanquished! and i abandoned my ice mage.
My main since 2008 (2006, but I got hacked in 2008 and had to star a new account all over again). It's amazing that it took me 10 years to get to level 200, but it takes me days for new characters I train. I didn't know it was the most popular class!!!!

What's your hyper Stats Points on Ice/Lightining mage on early stage? 7 on dmg and boss dmg first?
what do you think about gms2 closing?, there was a world leap event in kms during the rise update, do you believe that they will do the same for gms (since they copy paste the patches)?
Man, I remember super old-school Maple Story when doing 200 dmg on lvl 20 felt like an achievement and reaching lvl 40 was a faraway dream... and this dude does 5000 dmg on lvl 10, what happened to this game lmao

It’s called a power creep and happens to every game overtime
As much as i missed the old MS,they need new content to keep the game going hence where powercreep come in since the pattern of releasing stronger bosses,you will need better damage cap and stuff to be able to deal with the,

I’m playing an ice lightning mage now. But seems like the stance is very Low. Is there a way to increase the stance so it doesn’t get thrown around so easily?

Holy hell. I've got a level 83 il on reboot and they hit half what you did on the water map at level 79. What am I missing?
i dont get what i'm doing wrong on my mage.. im lvl 179, like you at 15:49.. but i only have 4k hp, i dont deal near the amout of damage that you do, and my biggest problem.. monsters at my level do 5-6k dmg on me.. while i see they only do 3,5k to you. that's like 8-10k meso worth of MP out the window everytime a mob touches me.. how am i supposted to be able to fund that..

Is this reboot? If so how was your damage so high? Tried leveling an I/L myself a few days ago and it became a slow torture when I got to Sahel 2.

Just getting into ms1 since ms2 is shutting down. Is this power leveling or just standard leveling? I've been playing my kinesis for 2 days now and am just past lvl 100. So I'm shocked.. I've been doing something wrong. And does the server matter for this guide?
That's pretty good! I have a ton of other characters that give me bonuses through link skills and legion. Also I bought some stronger gear to use. Lv100 in 2 days is really good!

How the hell do you avoid that big one hit ko move from zakum? Or the one that does 99% damage. I know he has a 99% damage one and then a 100% damage one right?

Yeah like you said it does 99% damage. So if you're full health you will survive

Sorry for the extremely "noob" questions, I played MS when it first launched and I played it a little after big bang, and now I've picked it back up recently and this shit s a completely different game.
@@LiveLongAndProsperHonestly no worries! And yes you just need to be careful of the animation. When Zakum does the full map explosion thing make sure to be at full health! If he does the jumping thing stand in the green box to be protected!

i miss the old maple days thats why i started playing mapleroyals way more fun not the standard 538634349k dmg story but actually "harder" then this it takes time to level everyone does PQ's etc i would love to see GMS just completely reset and go back to pre big bang with just the 5 explorer classes and the old Exp Meso drops etc.
Your definition of "harder" is a bit off. Old maple was giga easy if you had a Priest/Bishop who knew what they were doing. Current bosses are way more challenging.
sigh sigh why are they more challenging? Everyone does them alone with 7373773mil dmg a second they just gave them loads of hp and high damage attacks you have potential on every item you have the perfect scrolls ingame etc in old ms you didnt have that you needed a lot of luck to even get a decent “godly” drop which most of the time was just a lvl 30 hat with 8 extra defence also the current ms isnt enjoyable every training map you join when you are 1 second in the map your chat is already flooded with CC PLS CC CC when in the old days people would just say hey party? Also dealing 2k dmg at lvl 10 and instakilling full maps isnt really hard is it?
I get what you trying to say but try getting past lvl 130 in the old days was a hell (not saying that was good) if they would take some bosses and other mobs/maps from current ms so you can do something after lvl 130 except skele’s for the rest of ur days then it will be great again.
No , it was exhausting killing penguins for 0.02% with single shot as fire poison on lvl 40
