Hi Ina! We've just recently joined your channel and we really like it. This has been a very calming video to watch. We also want to start making our own bread. From PSL, our slow living channel, we want to say 'thanks' for sharing 😊✨
Sure! 😊 It’s very simple: 500g flour (of your choice, I use a mix of rye and spelt) 450ml warm water some salt 7g dry yeast 15g dry sourdough extract Mix everything with some sunflower seeds (or any other seeds of your choice) Then cover and let the dough rise in a warm place. After the dough doubled its size (usually takes up to 2-3 hours) put some seeds on the top and bake at 200 degrees for ca. 45 minutes. When you knock on the bottom of the bread, it should sound hollow - this means the bread is ready. 😊
Wow - the landscape really looks like Northern Ontario - I used to live up north and it was truly beautiful as is the country where you live! New subscriber! ❤
It really is! ♥️ Thank you so much for the kind comment and the support. 😊 I’ve visited Banff couple of years ago and loved it, but I would really like to visit Northern Ontario one day and see the beautiful landscapes.
