Sir, I am having a problem. My supervisor has told me to do - database analysis that contains tetracycline resistant efflux genes. Now what type of analysia i can do here?
I guess you just need to do a simple literature search to find related genes. I will advise you kindly ask your supervisor what you are to do in case you are not sure.
how to do they find out log fold change when doing the GO analysis? do we need to upload something?

I’m not sure what you mean. However, the pathways, as described in the video, are in image format; how to get them is clearly described in the videos.
