Welcome back to the Kringle Candle Halloween 2024 marathon... whew! I've been hearing some early feedback from the community- seems that this collection is causing some polarizing buzz. Let me know what your true thoughts are! I'm very curious to know what you really think. I personally love these spellbound jars.
@mrmansion8672 Yes, I will be getting every new one this year hopefully. Some of the notes don't scream Halloween, but I'm gonna give them a shot at least 🎃
My honest thoughts are I absolutely love the ombré jars and the vintage labels. I’m stunned by their beauty. With that said, the scent notes don’t speak to me. I was expecting some witchy scents and some spooky Halloween blends. Spirit’s Call is the only one that speaks to me based on the scent description. I have no issue with the spell jars. I mean, it’s a Halloween line and Kringle is known for its non-cutesy Halloween line. I don’t want Bbw or Goosecreek Scooby Doo, so Kringle is always my go to for traditional spooky labels and blends.
totally heard on the scent notes with ombre. I feel a similar way. Black cat with a pumpkin is the only one I'd buy based on the scent notes but I'm going to wait for the post burn reviews from the other ambassadors. I'm really glad they decided to go full witch with these, it was unexpected
I was surprised to notice yesterday how Nevermore was the 1st and only one to sell out. It is actually one of my all-time favorites from their Halloween line. Either way, I chose to hold off on ordering any this year.

Amazing video and great introduction to the Spellbound collection. The Halloween launch last Thursday was my first exposure to Kringle candles. Your work and insights were very helpful to me during the launch. I’m excited for this new launch and hope I can get a few of these candles. The witches fingers were a nice touch! Looking forward to seeing your post burn video on these. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts on the Halloween candles 🎃

Ok it sounds like I may need the incense-y one too! I also love that Kringle did not hold back on these jars. Personally, I like the spell jars far far better than the country jars with colored wax. I also like the ombré jars and labels better than the first release. I would have also loved Dreadful Dolly had it been a dreadful scent.
The packaging on the ombre jars was really well designed. I really like the design of the spellbound as well. I miss the country jars, I wish they could have just done those too 🤣. Especially bringing back the black bands. I burn dolly almost every day now.... it's a great fall scent but you're right it's very friendly
@@HauntedHaven which is a good thing. Not everyone likes dank scents. I personally love a good apple scent for September. I’ve been melting a wax melt that is crisp apple, corn husks, and spice. Whew it’s good! I’m just being frugal and spending on my absolute favorite type of scents for Halloween.
Hey Haven I got my Kringle order today! I bought Witches Cauldron and Haunted Hollows and they smell exactly how you described them. I haven't lit them yet I'll do that in late September but they smell amazing. I purchased 2 more last night Sleepy Hollow and Cemetary Lane so I can't wait until I get those. So, my experience almost without fail has been that ANY candle containing crystals/gems/rocks of any sort do not perform well at all. No correlation to the actual content of said pieces, but it always goes that they smell nice on cold, but have zero throw. I'm hoping that is not the case with these. 2nd - I have to wonder if, at this price point, we're actually getting real crystals or manufactured plastic pieces?
So, spirits call and guardians vigil are actually the only two I would consider purchasing . After watching your video and review, I think I may actually buy them now. The scent notes do seem fitting . Thanks so much for your very thoughtful review 🖤🕷
So I contacted Kringle on the spellbound collection for people worried about the alternate forces of the wax and they said that everything is entertainment and the spells are not real but made up. There ya go

Soooo, I get Nag Champa mixed with powder out of Coven- if you are a Nag Champa lover and willing to experiment/experience the powder of that one it is a great mood setter. For a more kind of "nature-y" incense I'd go with Guardians. As for as if I like one more than the other.... I don't know!! I'll have to think on/burn on that
The ombre jars are beautiful and Ghost Spirits and Cute Black Cat on Pumpkin sound interesting. Spirit's Call, Guardian's Vigil and Fortune's Beacon all sound great to me notewise but I won't be supporting those or bringing them into my home. Absolutely NO judgment, but that's my spiritual discernment with the Holy Spirit concerning my space. All Love to everyone. Interesting note also is that 6 new Black Vessel Halloween releases, 6 Artist Series releases and 6 Spellbound releases, 666 for the new releases, you see where I'm going there. Personally, not thrilled with it, not sure if that's tongue-in-cheek or serious, that's irrelevant honestly, but it is what it is and as meticulous and attention to detail that Kringle are, have to think it's not happenstance. Kringle is always pushing boundaries and that is one of many reasons, I've been a fan and continue to be. They're a fantastic company, amazing customer service, really do adore them. The Spellbound drop just isn't for me and the Artist drop is super floral which isn't my thing. Definitely jazzed up for all the floral fans out there and can't wait to hear your post-burn reviews on the Spellbound line. Oh, and yes, AMAZING vessels and label style on those! 🖤👻
VG IN DA HOUSE. Halloween is wild. It always has been. It’s funny some people are offended by the bloody knife of carnage and some are upset about spellbound. All of it is part of Halloween whether it be traditionally, horror, haunted houses and more. Kringle are the most wild of all mainstream candle companies and as you said, it’s so awesome. Think about them doing that Christian Christmas candle this past season called away in a manger…candle companies avoid that stuff. most religious folks I know don’t like anything “witchy” whether it be a green faced witches cauldron witch or the witches of the craft movie. And people I know feel the same way about horror movies as you do spellbound. The 666 was a great catch…again, Halloween and horror central right there. From the Omen to Rob zombie. I have been quite the haunted attraction connoisseur during the Halloween season and beyond and that is nice compared to what is inside them…and these are tame compared to the haunted attractions of my childhood. Like you said, Kringle doesn’t play around. They definitely don’t do cute halloween but all the other candle companies do. Closest to Kringle would probably be lunar who definitely have real witch aesthetic. shit, that Kringle candle dungeon alone should tell you what Kringle is about. Ha ha.
