    Jeff from AthleanX said that the bench dips should be done with hands pointing out to not stress the shoulder aticulation

    Please also be aware that you`re damaging your shoulder tendons while doing this. It was also a part of my triceps routine till I got my supraspinatus rupture.

    I've avoided preforming this exercise for years because it hurts my shoulders. Perhaps I had the benches too far apart. I'll test it the next time we go to the gym.
