If someone feels wronged, even if their expectations were unreasonable, they consider themselves as victims and they want to tell everyone to avoid a similar experience. If the customer is happy, they are less likely to tell anyone. It's human nature to get revenge, even if that justice only exists from one perspective, they want to even the score and believe they are helping their friends and community from getting ripped off. Not all plumbing companies make good products and not all plumbers are good plumbers. I believe reviews are critical today with so many scam companies taking people's money. We have to warn each other, and look for a consensus to help you make sound decision. Great discussion and I enjoyed the video! Thank you for making it!
Always find your videos very helpful. How about doing one about sewer rats? Can they really come into your house from the sewage system? I've seen a lot of videos on RUclips about this (Twin Home Experts) and it makes me wonder. Thanks and keep up the informative work.
A friend of mine bought a toto (recommended by her plumber) and had nothing but trouble with it backing up. But had two american stardards and just loved them. Go figure!
Can you ask Jim which well water pressure gauge he recommends? I was looking for something lead-free and 0 - 100 psi. A lot of the ones on Amazon look really cheap and don't say lead-free.
@@wescraven2606 I always recommend a liquid-filled pressure gauge. I buy them from my plumbing supplier. But I must confess, I don’t check to see if they are lead free.

Appreciate this! My father did sewers for over 60 years. He has taught me so much just by me paying attention. Great explanation.
Jim, you're the man!
Great attitude.
Thanks for another great video.
