Using Romanian Deadlifts (RDL) to get back into deadlifting

- In this video, I discuss and demonstrate how to use RDLs as an entry point back to barbell deadlifting.
Too often people go back into deadlifting using a conventional deadlift. I think this can be a mistake.
By starting in an RDL, you do not start in a mobility challenged position. You can lock in at the top and challenge depth.
Additionally, I discuss how RDLs can be used as a stretch and movement drill.

agreed wih every single poin u made. I'm rehabbing to get back to deadlift these days with RDL lol so I'm here. I use split stance with kettle bell though...just to make it even easier on lower back.
lol, I'm also doing rack pull as an incremental exercise to go back to deadlift(tho I do sumo, still similar movement pattern). Nice vid
