Staying in Oia is a very expensive matter if you are on a Budget. Also Oia is at one end of Santorini and to visit other parts of Santorini will be a pain and long duration. Also carrying your luggage and finding the accommodation wont be an easy matter either. Best thing to do would be to stay in a place close to Fira, which has central Bus station from where you can take day trip buses (less than an hour at most...) to Oia, Perissa beach, the Airport, the Ferry Terminal etc. It is more close to calling it a City center and Fira central part. within a 20 min walk from Fira bus stand are places like Kartarodos where air Bnbs are more affordable and nice and safe to walk even late at night. Also when you visit Santorini and Greek islands dont forget Athens simply a very lively and enjoyable city.

When I visited Greece, all restaurants had the same menu for vegetarians. Even the drinks menu was the same. But stuffed peppers with rice, tzatziki, fava beans and all were delicious.
Gyros / falafal sandwiches are popular and available widely. Of course Pizzas are always there and a Veggie its easy to survive in Greece.

Santorini is an awesome place to visit. We were there in Late April in a perfect weather. While you are there don't forget to go to Perissa Beach (another Black sand beach remember you asked about other Black sand Beaches in your Spanish trip. It is beautiful.). Also do take the bus ride or drive to the Ferry Terminal. The drive going downhill is very scenic and a treat to watch. Fira and Oia were both very lively in the night and do take the cable car ride down to the old terminal from Fira, and climb back up the 523 steps to the top. We went from Santorini to Paros and Mykanos followed by a 10 day trip to Sorrento for one of the best times in Amalfi, Positano, Capri Island, Pompei, Mt Vesuvious and Naples with Sorrento as a Base.. From there we finished the trip with a trip to Athens for 3 days visiting the Acropolis and enjoying the lively vibe of Athens's Monastraski Square and a terrace bar view of Acropolis on a full moon night. A must do for anyone visiting that area.

@@aditiajayvyas-depends on how you want to spend your time, and where. As far as Greek islands are concerned, if you have seen Santorini thats enough. We did visit Paros for 2 days and a day in Mykanos to catch a flight out to Naples. After we spent time in Santorini we felt we had already seen the best. You can do it by limiting the visits to target areas and spots of interest. Be glad to share any tips. Good luck with your plans!

Oia village is very beautiful. We have visited this place 3 years back. We have visited myconas also. When we have visited that time donkey / horse ride was there to reach sunset point. Still it is there?
