@@scarto3887 shut up dude, that's not a "combat knife" it's just a cool looking knife that will probably be used for opening letters
@@scarto3887 I know the karambit was made designed for combat, but the specific one in the video is not, and the "demo" was just for show, you can see it barely does any damage. I assumed there would be a lot of hammering to make a knife, but not a single hammer was needed. Nice!
Well if he decided to forge the parts instead of cutting them out then he would have needed to hammer, but it's easier and faster to just cut them out though that comes at the cost of wasted cut of material
@@grimreapybones2875 The material is cheap enough that it doesn't matter *in this case*. Besides, the rest can just be resold.

Great job man!
No blade lock in the open position. The first time that collapses on your finger is going to be painful.
with how it closes there isn't space for the fingers to get caught on the blade even if it did slip, worst case would be a pinch on the palm of your hand.
It’s a design taken by the ones crkt makes. It’s designed like that cause for the specific intention of not having a blade that can collapse on your fingers. I mean it’s very clear that it can’t fold on your finger s
