The pain from a tennis elbow is often associated with trigger points in the muscles of the lateral epicondyle of the elbow, especially the Lateral Head of Triceps and the Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis tendon (1-2 cm distal to its attachment on the lateral epicondyle).
As shown in the video above, trigger points in the extensor carpi ulnaris are also often implicated in lateral elbow pain.

How often can this be performed? I had dry needling done 6 months ago and it helped tremendously, but I still experience pain and discomfort that varies week to week, so wondering if I can get this done again? Last time I had to rest for 6 weeks, so hopefully that could be reduced to 1-2?

studies show there is no need to wipe the skin unless it looks dirty. If a practitioner has already washed his hands, he does not need to wear gloves.
