Hello Jennifer!!!! I couldn't agree more with you!! Sometimes it's just sad what people think they know about Tarot. I did the mistake to say(at my work) that I love Tarot and Oracle decks and that when I want to relax I pull some cards and journal while I'm drinking my coffee... I was sooo shocked by the reactions of my co workers... One of them even asked me not to put a curse on them!!! Unbelievable right? Thank you for this video!!! ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness. I'm so sorry you had that experience. 😢 You're right. It is really sad. It took me a long time to tell even a few friends and family. Because I worry about this reaction. I wish people understood what a powerful self reflective tool tarot and oracle can be. Thank you for watching and your comment! 🌹
Hi Jennifer ❤. It is so good to see you again 😀. Thank you for all this information. Super well presented. I hope everything is going well in Your Life 🌞🌹❣⚘. Mark Bensette Aux Bois 🇨🇦.
“If you read Tarot, you’re a witch/Wiccan/Pagan, etc.” When I started reading Tarot, my friends and coworkers constantly made jokes about me being a witch. It happened so frequently that I really started to question my own identity; maybe they knew something about me that I didn’t? It got to the point that I actually started to look into those spiritual/religious beliefs and customs. While my coworkers and friends just happened to be correct in my case (I found that my spirituality does align more with Wicca rather than considering myself agnostic), I can see how exclusionary or detrimental it could be to someone who doesn’t hold those beliefs and may be practicing Tarot for other reasons.
Loved this! I went out with a man once who decided, at the end of our first date, that he couldn't see me again. His reason was because I let him hold the tarot deck I had in my purse, it wasn't wrapped in a silk cloth (like his was), and I had bought the deck myself. Whew! Glad he let me off the hook so I didn't have to tell him I couldn't date someone who smelled like an ashtray and had a stick tightly wedged up his a$$. 😅 Seriously. He actually said those words to me.
@@SilverCrowTarot 😬🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh my. There is still surprisingly a lot of gatekeeping even within our community. I love your description of him, too. Sound like a lot of 🚩s. That's a "nope." Lol. My goodness. Thank you for watching and for your comment! 🌹
This reflection is so needed! Thanks Jennifer 🙂💕✨

Really interesting video Jennifer & agree with all you say. Like the analogy of a contractor & his tools - good way to think of it 🙂
