@@BestPracticeHealth I had my follow-up today. They do not use the Barricaid device because, once the scar tissue forms over the disc, the scar tissue is just as effective at preventing reherniation. With or without the device, a patient doesn't want to lift anything weighing more than a gallon of milk over the first 6-8 weeks.
