I have labrum tears in both hips and it has affected everything in my life...they said I am not a candidate for hip replacement but I need arthroscopy hip reversion...never heard of this kind of surgery.
Oh, I wish you could help me to understand what is wrong with my back and now have drop foot on my left leg and when walking my leg feels like a ton of weight and it just loses power, also Sitting, standing, and walking I'm in pain, now in bed yet spams in my back. I have vertebrae trouble in my neck 2 of them are worn and have ' Arthritis in my neck. I can't bend my head to the left fully for over 4 years now. Sitting, standing, and walking I'm in pain, now in bed yet spams in my back. I have had epidural injections in my spine but only one did work but only lasted six weeks the rest never worked on me, been on oxycontin, oxymoron, morphine patches, and now on Palexia 100 sr every 12 hours, Palexia 50 fr four times a day plus Baclofen 3 times a day, diazepam 3 times a day. I watch all your videos to be able to learn and your are so down to earth to understand. x
Holy cow! I'm so sorry for all you have gone through with your back! Foot drop is a medical emergency and should trigger you to get a new MRI. Also, I have huge issues with the care you have received. Diazepam, baclofen and narcotics all depress your breathing. The combination puts you at high risk for accidental overdose and death. Who put you on this regimen? Fire them. Once your emergency is over you need to get with an addictionologist and get off these meds. Consider ketamine. After that if you are still in pain contact me back and we can go over your MRI and point you toward corrective treatment.
@@BestPracticeHealthmy doctor put me on these meds to help with my pain and when she saw my drop foot she send me to A/E and there was seen by two Orthopaedic there, they did another MRI of my lower back and later called into a room to tell me the results, saying my bulging disc has got bigger and was lying on a nerve which was affecting my left leg. I'm down to get some injections when some Consultant comes back from his summer holidays and then was told he only does two of these injections a week. so just have to wait till he comes back and hope he calls me in soon. I was told that if I can't move my left toe I was to get to A/E. Yes, I'm worried about the meds I'm on but the spasms can be bad and I seem to be getting worse regarding sitting, so bed a lot of the time lately, and wheelchair when I get to go out . Thank you so so much for replying to me I really appreciate it. and not forgetting your videos on this channel about how you explain things so people can understand. ❤
This is amazing, a doctor in the US consulting with a patient in Cambodia. Modern communications are incredible.
Ditto!

I think that he needs to have his hips checked
The mechanism (prolonged sitting in lotus) definitely suggests hip. But he has no hip pain, and numbness in his toes.
