Wow... very advanced for me Maestro (musically more than technically...) and I want to learn it for sure. But it'll have to wait... because hopefully I'll be spending the whole next week practicing and playing blues with a friend guitarist and I can't wait to show him all the things I learned from listening to you playing! A great week to you and to everybody 😊!

Bravo C’est toujours clair Et je comprends votre propos sur le fait que cette musique est assez monotone mais c’est ce côté obsessionnel qui nous séduit !!
Thanks Tony, probably is you play it in a Latin style, like the old Mongo Santamaría,then would be more interesting, or the one of Dr.Loonie Smith(rip).
I have shot the Video on Candy but I need to edit it . stay tuned . I did find a chart but I'll probably write my own . Here's the chart: bit.ly/3RNsprk
How is this content free? You're an amazing pianist and teacher Tony. I'm soaking it all in.
Thanks, Tony! In addition to all the music theory you cover, I love that you threw in, and emphasized muscle memory. A well rounded lesson indeed!
sentimento di arte pura che, solo chi c'e l'ha! sia benedetto e graziato a suonare come il grande McCoy Tyner!!! master of master.
Thanks a lot, it's like a "polarized" view of the matter!! 🙏🙏🙏

Nice tutorial on modal playing. I like your point about using it in the context of tunes with more standard harmonies.
Tony keep the book reviews coming as well as all the wonderful piano instruction
Thanks, that gives me motivation to read more.
Thanks! Tyner was something else!
As always, love hearing you think this stuff out. Appreciate the wisdom Tony, thank you!
I'm reporting you

Ce n'est pas monotone quand de grands joueurs comme McCoy y jouent !
