I feel like every song on this album shows a certain aspect of the band whether it be the heaviness such as with this one, or the songwriting, or even just rory's control over his voice. Personally i think every song on this album is fantastic but i would request Gates of Ivory or The embers glow/the color black next
It’s awesome that you listened to their softer songs before listening to one with screams. This band was a lot heavier earlier on. Definitely check out their music video for “Sleep in the Sea pt 2” it would be a perfect one to listen to next
Also, if you check out the live version of this song from their Pressure Tour, it's actually insane how much it sounds like the album. Best live performance I've seen 🙌
Such a good song! Man I remember discovering that song when I went on a trip to Europe and it was like the theme song for the trip. Sure enough betraying the martyrs came to California within the next year and I got to see them at a show with like 20 people and they finished their set with that song. Such a cool experience and such a great song!
Rory's screams are insane in my opinion, their last album, "dreaming is sinking//waking is rising", has a LOT more screams from him on it. It wasn't as well received or nearly as popular as this newest one, but the whole album is worth a listen at some point. Vultures is definitely what most fans and myself would suggest you react to, Sleep in the Sea pt 2 is pretty sick (the first one is as well, it's on an older album). Whether you react to them or just want something to jam to, you should definitely listen to more of these guys though.
This song has a major Silent Planet vibe and I love that about it. This whole album is sick. You should check out some Silent Planet eventually. “Trilogy”, “Panic Room”, “Northern Fires” and “Native Blood” are good places to start.
They don't have a bad song, but like people are saying in the comments there older stuff is heavier I do love there newer sound though! Maybe check out the color black or burial plot both off the same album. Oh and Rory the lead singer was the screamer he does all the vocals as far as I'm aware.
If, you want to react to more Bring Me The Horizon, I suggest listening to the song “Medicine” on their album Amo. See if, you can react to Seven Circle Sunrise & their album Beauty In Being Alone too.
Bilmuri - Fluorideintheseltzerwater (feat. Jon Mess and Dayseeker) 🔥🔥🔥🔥
THIS
Bilmuri is the goat

IMO - one of the best songs of all time. The ending is outrageous.
Rory Rodriguez has about as much diversity in his vocal range as anyone in the genre. I like everything he does.
"The Color Black" by these guys is 🔥
Has very similar energy to this song
4:38 that reaction there made me so happy

"Man Made Disaster" by BETRAYING THE MARTYRS is a must you'll like that one alot ☺

I think DIS///WIR is their best work, but funnily enough, I think Vultures is probably one of their weakest songs
@@viciousoz4188 Nah, _Sleeptalk_ is their best work. You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
Easily my favorite Dayseeker song. Rory is one of the best vocalists I’ve ever heard. The dude from Caskets is right up there, too.
I'm figuring out that you've reacted to many of my favs awesome man. Burner and Side Effect from Kingdom of Giants should be on your list.

You should check out Vultures by Dayseeker

Bro, this song is so good. And it sounds even better live. Not even joking. There's a really great video of them singing this live, please watch it. 🤘

Sleep in the sea
The color black
Listen to bilmuri fuck I'm lonely cover with dayseeker it's a very good time
They started out as a Metalcore band, and then they shifted towards this more ambient/pop influenced rock sound kind a like Bring Me.
They’re post hardcore. Never were metalcore
@@viciousoz4188 Disagree.
@@viciousoz4188 I know this is a year late but go back to What It Means to Be Defeated album, definitely metalcore
@@Tays4 Didn’t ask
Please react to their song “What It Means to be Defeated”
