I like your videos thanks for the info but I thought a gap could happen during intraday as well I saw a ticket going from closing at .98 the next candlestick was 1.10 during market hours so not I’m confused
Gaps definitely can not happen during the day unless there is some kind of trade halt.

when is a gap up, may come down in the first hour, to see if is gonna come down I check the volume and momentum of the last two hours, now the problem I actually have is the hours from 3am to 6am in TOS I can't see how to know the probability of the increase in price in the hours I can't trade 3am - 6am

What is filling a gap?
Good idea for a video.
Gapping during market does occur when the order book has a price of $10 with 1000 shares and price of $11 with 500 shares and $12 with 1000 shares and a buyer comes in and buys 2500 shares at $12.00. This will show a gap up from $10 to $12
no, gaps do not happen unless a stock is halted.

we see the gap pre market not at 9:30
at 9:30 is the "offical" gap
Why the fuck would they put a trading hours if they were gonna let trading occur outside of the trading hours. It doesnt make sense to me

sorry, what I said was that Schwab does allow pre/post market trades - in the video you mentioned Schwab as one of the brokers that do not allow that - I was just correcting that info - 👍🏻 - they changed that about 4 years ago I think
