That's why in 3 years, at the UFC, he's fighting for a concurrent champ belt in addition to his 185 belt. MVP, on the other hand, is so into showboating, he sometimes loses in matches he's obviously superior to his opponents. The three all have extra long bodies and legs and arms, well suited for their career in MMA.

Very True. Costa apparently walks around at 220. That’s why there’s usually huge gaps between his fights. His cutting weight time takes much longer than a couple of weeks.

Healthy ego, I like this guy now, he has championship mentality and try's to flex, which is required for audience and that's one of the reason khabib was not as famous as he should have been.
Khabib is just so different than the rest of the fighters. We could not compare our frame of mind to him. He doesn't give a damn about being famous or getting more money. Most fighters made decisions base on money but not him. He could easily make 8 figure if he accepts a rematch against McGregor.
But he chooses not to. If I was him and maybe you too, I would accept that rematch since it would be easy money for Khabib to whoop McGregor's ass.

Even if there were elite wrestlers (in fact, isn't Romero an Olympian?) it wouldn't matter. Izzy's mastery and use of feints is absolutely next level, and it dissuades his opponents from shooting. They've never seen footwork like that before so it keeps them off-balance
