2003 Cummins 5.9 24v Going from a 3rd gen stock exhaust manifold to the 2nd Gen Exhaust manifold
Trucks got to much shit to list
This video shows the 3rd Gen Exhaust Clip with a 4" MBRP Muffler turbo back system
and end Part is the 2nd Gen Exhaust Swap done with the 4" MBRP Muffler in aswell
Stacked Chips etc BHAF Filter, Swap was very easy did with all parts lying around costed around 50$ total.

Hey did you use the stock turbo to intercooler charge pipe that came with the truck. If so did you need to cut it a bit short or add to it a bit thanks.

I’ve done the same swap , you can use the same cac pipe from the turbo to intercooler but you basically cut it off at the second rib so like 2” or so and you still have a bump to bite onto with the clamp

Stock feed, can’t remember 100% on the drain it was a factory Cummins oil drain though , hx40 downpipe
