The little boy has dyslexia, but parents and teachers don't accept this. they feel that the boy is naughty and doesn't want to study. So the father decides to send him to boarding school. The boy goes through a lot before his art teacher (Aamir Khan) becomes his saviour. The movie is highlighting that children born with special needs, they need their parents love and care and understanding, teachers must help them rather than making them feel unwanted. Actually my first time seeing this movie was last year in school when our homeroom teacher played it for us to watch and all were shedding tears. We have 9 girls in my class and 43 boys and the boys were like "don't cry.. You girls are making us cry too" Waah.. So emotional especially that bond between the mother and the child. The little boy has dyslexia, but parents and teachers don't accept this. they feel that the boy is naughty and doesn't want to study. So the father decides to send him to boarding school. The boy goes through a lot before his art teacher (Aamir Khan) becomes his saviour.

I am also a hosteler. I also did cry a lot when I was watching my mom leaving me there but after then I learned a lot from my hostel. I have so many friends now and even caring seniors. Now I want to thank my mom for everything she did for me but don't want to hurt her by thanking her. After all she is my everything-father, brother, sister, friend and my love.
