Its actually not uncommon for labels to be the ones suing over copyright violations and the artists not even knowing about or don’t have a choice in the matter since depending on their contracts often labels have more rights to artists music than the actual artists.

I've been a huge fan of Amy Lee for years and years. Her voice hits levels words alone can't and tell people before they listen to this that it will hit levels of emotion in them they didn't even know they had - the dark, haunting ones we feel when we are alone.

There wasn't even a lawsuit. Oli cleared it up on Twitter. Their managers had talked and it was resolved by giving writing credits.
