Architecture Along Muttrah Corniche Road, Sultanate of Oman.

- Muttrah Corniche is the most prominent beachfront area in the Sultanate of Oman. Muttrah Corniche runs along the boundaries of Muttrah harbour and adjacent beaches along a distance of 2 Km approximately. Al Bahri road / Muttrah Corniche Road runs parallel to the marble and granite paved corniche walls and walkways. On the land side of road, a stretch of renovated hostorical buildings including the famous Muttrah Souq are located. The historically important area was subjected to many developments along the course, but the traditional and cultural identity is well preserved. The architecture of a bygone era mixed with elements of islamic architecture in the buildings add an unmatched ambience to muttrah district. Also the nearby Muttrah Fort sits majestically on top of a rocky hill. We STOPPED FOR A WHILE at Muttrah Corniche in a clear and bright day to appreciate and enjoy the architectural wonders. Video clips recorded, and mixed with background music to match.
