The other day I copied your way of cooking "the perfect steak" ...bringing it to room temp adding in the butter in the last 30 secs & letting it rest .....it comes up a treat every time. Somehow this video feels a Little bit rushed...and I miss the end product (yeah yeah I know it’s at the start) but still... When you see something going in the pan (the pudding) you also want to see it going out the pan and unwrap the pudding. It’s like a present 😀 So I miss the prezzie 😉

Treacle is Dark Molasses.
Golden Syrup there is no equivalent in the US. It is a light form of molasses with a sligt vanilla taste.
Lyle's Golden Syrup can be purchased at some Walmarts or in International Store online or in your city. Or you may be able find it in a British International Store.
