Thanks for the video! My mother grew up in La Ceiba and Roatán in Honduras. The organic Honduran coffee beans at Aldi smell really good! They smell like the soil.
I have a friend here in the US who's family owns a small farm in the mountains of Honduras I think it would be cool to open a coffee shop here using only beens grown their just a thought
I really keep this one on its own. It's just so delicate that I wouldn't combine it. If in general you're talking Honduras coffee, it pairs well with a Guat.
Depending on which country you are in you may not be able to get it specifically from that region. Export/import is a tricky business with lots of corruption and so you'll have to search locally for green importers and ask what they have in stock. I'm from Australia and we have a lot of importers but it's still hard to get specific coffees - even when we've had them previously! Good luck 👌
Hi Ryd, I've purchased this coffee from you, but compare to the other coffees I've tried this is by far the hardest to brew. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but the coffee comes out too runny and poor in cream. I've also tried to grind the coffee finer and adding more coffee than usual, but I always failed. Please let me know what should I do to make it right. Thank you.
No problems Alex! I can help you. Tell me about your set up. It's definitely something to do with the grind size I would say but what grinder and machine do you use?
@@Rydecoffeecoach I use a Lelit Anita with the built-in grinder. It all works fine with all the other coffees. Right now I'm enjoying the Guatemalan beans purchased from you as well, the coffee is amazing. Not so much luck with the Honduras one :(
Hi there! I double checked my facts and I disagree: it is indeed 7th (it's currently tied for 6/7 with India) you can see for yourself 🙂 but thanks for keeping me accountable! worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/coffee-producing-countries

Yeh that would be fun! You could definitely use the single origin alone, however, you'd also want to use a blend as well.

It changes every year depending on harvests and export. But yes, it's now around 6th and 5th
