longtime pyke bug, the ult is ready as soon as you see the red execute border around their hp. Its due to ultimate hunter/axiom arc/ability haste lowering the CD of the ult but the UI doesnt show the actual CD

@@chronoarms4821it’s actually not due to cdr or anything like that. It’s when you use a reset right when the reset is about to end. It miscalculates the ult time adding 20 seconds to it, always 20 seconds because that’s how long a reset lasts. You can check in the practice tool if you want and get it every time. Get a reset and use it right before it runs out, then ping your r and it will drop 20 seconds off the cd. Or just wait till 20 seconds are left in the cd and it will be Cast able.

If you have 60 fps all the time try to change fps cap into unlimited, if it will not help just turn off vertical sync in settings
