Needs a carport minimum with entrance in the laundry. I prefer hardwood flooring, so that would change. As for soaking tubs I can tell you from experience that the old claw foot are the best when it comes to comfort. A few tweaks here and there but for the most part I like it
Don't want the fireplace in the dining area. Don't want the sink in the island. Lack sufficient storage/utility/linen closets. Very bare and blah looking.
