There is a lot of wasted space in this plan. Occupants of the downstairs bedroom must walk through a large, empty part of the living area to reach the bathroom. Upstairs, the occupants must walk through a hallway to reach either of the oddly-placed side-by-side baths. There is a laundry room but no pantry, though there's space for pantry cabinets in the laundry. For "off grid" living I expected to see at least one woodstove and rooftop solar panels.

Bringing us in through a side door is a bit confusing and this entry, although may be intended as home entry from a garage to a mud room which is too large for that for that purpose. It’s set up like a mini living room? The real living room is ok, slightly open concept to the dining room and kitchen is just ok too. Lots of wasted space in that LR though. Where’s the kitchen pantry? The grand staircase makes a great impression upon front door entry to the home but all that space is a huge waste of space for me. Downstairs bathroom is the only bathroom down there and a downstairs bedroom resident without a closet for close has to walk around the staircase to get to the ONLY bathroom downstairs. Laundry room, too has wasted space. Don’t know about anyone else, but I certainly don’t need a seating area in a laundry room. Upstairs landing has a spectacular view! 2 of the 3 bedrooms have either a closet or attic access, which is it since you don’t show us? It appears all these bedrooms are larger than the downstairs bedroom. I agree with your decision to put 2 bathrooms upstairs but they are both next to each other leaving 2 bedroom occupants to cross the loft and take a right to get to them which if not lit at night could result in a fall down the stairs.

LoL! Here we go again. I did like the staircase and the view from the lift. That’s about where it ended though.

There seems to be like two front doors no rear door could be a safety concern in different situations didn't see a dryer in laundry room but there 's room for one cause of all the wasted space I'll pass on this plan

Bathrooms on the second floor are too big - and I like a good size bathroom - this is overkill. Neither bathroom looks like it’s handicap accessible(of course, climbing a flight of stairs)the first floor is not well thought out at all, two bathrooms on either side of the staircase, and two bedrooms. Do none of the bedrooms have a private bathroom? The first room you walk into is wasted; I’m not sure what it is but shut off the door and make this an office.
And what kind of space are you looking at between the bedrooms on the first level; you can install a secondary door. The poor dining area is always the last one. Why not move the dining area between the stairs and the “living room” the tiny space can be a breakfast area.
