    While listening to this, I asked my friend how she would feel if everyone did this. She said she'd love it. I said Buddhism taught me to distance myself. Then stopped talking to me. So emotions are ok, but discussion is not. Lol

    There is no such thing as 'healthy anger'. Anger destroys. Anger is selfish, unproductive, and solves nothing.

      That's aggression. And you're right about that! Anger stands for boundaries. It says no more. It's what we access when we're being hurt or our principles and values are being violated.

      ​@@markgroves No. Expressing any anger is counterproductive. No one cares about our anger, and any relationship ends if anger is ever expressed.
