well, Iam not used to high frame rate displays but i think 60Hz is not good for competitive games like Fortnite, PUBG, Valorant. It is good for story games though.

are you screen recording? how much does that affect performance?
Yes iam using Nvidia shadow play for screen recording. You can expect 5-10 more fps without recording

CPU permanently over 90°C at 60-65%. Check your cooling

but in case of these laptops, even after changing thermal paste, the temps still hit 100°C bcz of poor cooling solutions.
