A lot of towns/cities are budgetted for new equipment every so often, and the old stuff just sits. If a small town like Rochester, MA can do this, maybe it'll start a trend that can help other communities. Great job, Rochester.
and its sad because a lot of other departments have almost no funding whatsoever and have the shittiest apparatus trying to stay afloat

Pretty sure thats mostly just other surrounding & new England states that use the term mass hole to refer to ye mass hole DRIVERS... not really the whole country referring the whole state
