Good question! First; thank you very much for your support. I have an electric samaver in my house for everyday use. And, there is no comparison between; electric, and charcoal samaver. Times, and times better.

Good morning Xero, Thanks foe watching and your support! Yes you are correct, "ghee=oil and and also in the end I did mixed the onions with the Kohlrabi. But unfortunately I forgot to mention it.
I like the concept, and surely the finished product looks delicious. I however have a couple questions; You fried lots of onion, how/when did you use it? There was no sign of Tahdig in the finished product! Did it burn?
Thanks for your lovely comment and asking these questions, I mixed the fried onions and Kohlrabi together. you should be able to see it in the finished product. Also thank god, Tahdig did not burnet. I just didn't show that! I do appreciated your support
