    how to make, stack/assemble a 3 kg two tier cake..
    prepare the cake batter for 3 kg cake and divide it in 2 cake tins- 9" & 7"
    I've prepared the cake batter using the following recipe-
    vanilla premix- 900 gms + 750 ml water
    beat this mixture using electric beater for 2-3 minutes
    then add 9 tbsp refined oil + 3 tsp pineapple essence + yellow color and again beat for 2-3 minutes.
    Divide the cake batter in 9" & 7" cake tins lined with butter paper and bake in a pre heated oven at 160°c(only lower coil on) for 35-40 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
    cake boards used - 12" & 7"
    make both the cake tiers
    place the bottom tier(9" cake) on a 12" cake board
    insert cake dowels or straws to support the top tier as shown
    place the 7" cake board with a hole in the center over it. cover this cake board with cling wrap before placing on bottom tier cake
    lift the top tier cake(7" cake) with the help of a palette knife and place it on the 7" cake board that we just placed on the bottom tier
    now insert a cake dowel or straw from the center of the top tier till it touches the bottom cake board.
    Make an outline of doraemon face design using a toothpick. Then outline using chocolate truffle or chocolate gel. Complete the design as shown.
    Decorate as desired
    Truffle recipe used here- 50gms molten warm whipping cream + 50 gms molten dark compound
    make sure that both the tiers of the cake are chilled in fridge for at least half an hour before you assemble the cake.
    after assembling the cake, keep it in the fridge for at least an hour so that it sets perfectly
