Chocolate cake tutorial| how to make chocolate flavor cream| 1 kg choco chip cake design
I've prepared the cake sponge using the following recipe-
chocolate premix- 320 gms + 250 ml water
beat this mixture using electric beater for 2-3 minutes
then add 3 tbsp refined oil + 1 tsp vanilla essence and again beat for 2-3 minutes. Pour the cake batter in 8" cake tin lined with butter paper and bake in a pre heated oven at 160°c(only lower coil on) for 30-35 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool completely and then divide the cake sponge in 3 horizontal layers.
